The kit is mainly used for evaluating the characteristics of human sperm morphology. It can also be used for the detection of sperm morphology of other mammals.
Features:
1. A method recommended by WHO is adopted in the kit. Faster and easier-to-use than conventional modified Papanicolaou stain method.
2. Staining is done in the special slide barrel. Simple and easy to use.
3. Stable with a storage life up to 2 years.
4. 3x 100 ml or 3x 500 ml per kit. Meet the need of batch testing.
Applications in clinic:
The lower the percentage of spermatozoa with normal morphology in semen, the less the fertility opportunity, and the greater the probabilities of abortion, fetal maldevelopment and stillbirth; When the TZI>1.6, it may cause the fertility problem, and therefore resulting in the infertility; As the data from the assisted reproductive technology shows, when SDI>1.6, the in-vitro fertilization rates decrease.
