Our CBNT company is a professional manufacturer of versatile steel furniture and equipment. Our company has been established for six years, and our factory is located in Luoyang, China. We are equipped to supply the best products for customers all over the world,exporting to 31 countries across 5 continents. CBNT Steel Cabinet Co.,Ltd. Was found in 2009, located in industry area Laocheng district, Luoyang City, Henan province, which is also an international trading industrial enterprise with 10 million Yuan registered assets. Business include designing, innovating, producing and selling assemble steel office furniture. Main products are: filing cabinets, drawer cabinets, lockers, storage cabinets, desks, mobile pedestals etc. Most products exports, mainly sales to Europe, America, Africa, Australia, Southeast Asia and Middle East etc. 30 countries and regions (eg. USA, UK, France, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Cambodia, Burma, UAE, Yemen, Sudan, Panama and Brazil etc.). In 2012, CBNT made 3 million all kinds of office furniture with the revenue of 800 million Yan, and profit 80 million Yan which also stands at the top of the same industry in the amount of export. For now, company employs 300 staff, including 36 technicians.

Products office furniture is environmental, resisted to fire, damp and magnetism, function diversity, space-saving etc. and it is widely used in institution, enterprise, school, hospital, factory, mall and family etc. with enormous market demand and broad developing prospects.

Production procedure: Steel plat cutting → punching → bending → welding → phosphate cleaning → painting → packaging.

Company’s internal institutions include: General Administration, Supply Department, Production Department, R&D Department, Quality Department, Sales Department, After-sales Department and Financial Department.

CBNT is now focusing on building quality system and environment security, and has past ISO9001 and ISO14001. At present, company is applying ISO18000 (Occupational health and safety system certification).

Company devotes itself to innovation, from 2012 to 2013 has obtained 13 patents in designing and innovation. As for now, 6 patents are still in the application.

CBNT lays great emphasis on quality management, therefore has set up Quality Department. Each workshop and team equipped with a full-time inspector. An integral line of production procedure and inspection process has been made, no rejected product is allowed to be sold out, and no products have been returned after sales.

All production facilities were updated, and a vast number of funding has been invested in upgrading modern facilities and digital equipment (eg. CNC shearing machine, CNC punching machine, CNC bending machine, spot welding robot, automatic spray line and automatic spray machine etc.), which not only have promoted quality and yield, but also strengthened company’s competitiveness in the international market.
