  1. Vibrator hose is mainly used as flexible connection between two pipes or between the pump discharge outlet and mud standpipe. The installation of vibrator hose can reduce the vibration of the whole system to some certain. Therefore, vibrator hose can make the whole system operate smoothly. The structure of vibrator hose is the same as jumper hose. In other words, it is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover.

    The details of vibrator hose:

    • Tube: abrasion, oil and chemical fluids resistant synthetic rubber, mainly nitrile rubber.
    • Reinforcement: multiple layers of high tensile steel cables.
    • Cover: abrasion, weather, ozone and corrosion resistant synthetic rubber.
  3. Inner diameter: 2.5" - 5.0" (63.5mm - 127mm).
  4. Outside diameter: 4.14" - 7.41" (105.2mm - 188.2mm).
  5. Working pressure: 34.5MPa - 51.7MPa (5000psi - 7500psi).
  6. Testing pressure: 69.0MPa - 103.5MPa (10000psi - 15000psi).
  7. Min burst pressure: 86.2MPa - 129.3MPa (12500psi - 18750psi).
  8. Temperature range: -4°F to +180°F (-20°C to +82°C).

  10. The working pressure of drilling hose is designed based on the maximum working pressure of drilling machine. The minimum burst pressure of drilling hose is 2.5 times as high as the working pressure. Therefore, even though the pump breaks down, the drilling hose will not burst.
  11. The tube of drilling hose is made from nitrile rubber, which can prevent the oil-based mud from permeating out of hose leading to the hose damage in the process of conveying the oil-based mud.
  12. Our drilling hose is manufactured with integral connectors and the connectors are resistant to pull-off, which can avoid the connectors falling off and hurting the workers in the process of pressure test. And this feature improves the pressure resistance and safety performance of drilling hose greatly.
