China [CN] Silicon carbide is produced at high temperature in an electric resistance type furnace with quarts sand and petroleum coke as its main raw materials.
It is also widely used as refractory material and metallurgical additive. Green SiC are mainly used as abrasive for cutting silicon wafer,ceramic polishing etc.
The content of C ranges from 30% to 75% please.
Packaging
1) Conventional packing ton bag (1,000kg per bag), or small bag inside ton bags(20,25,50 kg bag).
2) Special product can use moistureproof bags or barel moistureproof bags.
3) As per customers' requirement.
Delivery Date
Delivery to Tianjin port within 20 working days.
