LMS-9000A High Precision CCD Spectroradiometer for LED Luminaires Testing with 380-800nm Wavelength
Introduction:
LMS-9000A High Precise CCD Spectroradiometer for LED Measurement. It is designed to have a capability of producing any visible spectral distribution, mimicking various light sources in the visible region by feedback control of the radiant power emitted by individual LEDs. This LED test system will be used as a transfer standard for photometric, colorimetric and radiometric applications.Measures:• Colorimetric: Chromaticity coordinates, CCT, Color Ratio, Peak Wavelength, Half Bandwidth, Dominant Wavelength, Color Purity, CRI, Spectrum Test• Photometric: Luminous Flux, Luminous Efficiency, Radiant Power, Pupil Flux, Pupil Flux Efficiency, Pupil Factor, Cirtopic Flux• Electrical: Voltage, Current, Power, Power FactorSpecifications:• Spectral Range Wavelength: 380nm ~780nm (Option: 380nm ~ 1050nm or 200nm ~ 780nm)• Accuracy of wavelength: ±0.5nm• Photometric linear: ±0.5%• Time of integration: 0.1mS~20S • Stray light: <0.015%(600nm) and <0.03%(435nm)• Accuracy of chromaticity coordinate: ±0.0015 or ±0.0005(under standard illuminant A )• Range of related color temperature measurement: 1000~100000k• Accuracy of related color temperature: ±0.3% (under standard illuminant A )• Tolerance of color rendering index: ±(0.3%±0.3)
LMS-9000 used the Band pass-filter Wheel Correcting Technique, Spectrometer & Broadband-radiometer & photometer Combined Technique, and modified NIST stray light correction technology, the LMS-9000 spectroradiometer can realize ultra low stray light of ±0.0005 (under standard illuminant A) and super photometry linearity of 0.3% in overall dynamic range.
