Detailed Description

This is an ideal weighing filling machine that wide applicable to the quantitative filling of medium or large drums of viscous, good fluidity, corrosive and non-corrosive liquids of vegetable oil, lubricants, chemical liquids, etc.

Machine weighing system uses imported sensors and weighing instrument for stable & long term working service. It can get rid of the tare automatically with high accuracy weighing and fall correction and zero tracking etc.

Double speed filling (In the beginning fills fast but slow while close to target filling) in order to keep outstanding precision. Filling nozzle equips with blocker to avoid liquid dripping, ensure working mesa clean. If filling material is a foamy liquid, diving function device is optional to sure no overflowing while filling.

The PLC programmable system was applied, and use color touch screen to form the control center, automatically adjust the filling speed in minutes. The control center language can be set to English, Latin, Polish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.

The stainless steel, non-poisonous & anti-corrosive PTEF hose are applicable for excellent durability and sanitation compliance. Its frame is made of 304 stainless steel and AL and the 316 quality stainless steel used for parts exposed to filling material. The whole machine is designed according to GMP standards, is easy to dismantle, clean and maintain.
