EAROY T420 Polyaspartic Acid Ester

EAROY T420 is a kind of amino resin with low viscosity. The unique asparagus cochinchinensis ammonia acid ester structure endows the product with excellent performance such as weather resistance,good luster, water resistance and anti-corrosion. It is especially used to prepare two-componentpolyurethane/ polyurea coatings with high solid content, acrylic coating, potting material etc. The fasterresponse time, better hardness and tensile strength provide the products with special applicationdemands. This product could be used separately or mixed with acrylic resin with hydroxyl and thencrosslink with other aliphatics isocyanate to produce polyurethane/polyurea coatings with high solidcontent, elastic paint or other protective coatings.

EAROY T420 could also be mixed with other resins with amino, such as the same series products EAROY T620, EAROY T and EAROY T20 of the company, thus to obtain more flexible activation period anddrying time and to meet different hardness demands while preparing polyurea finish paint with highsolid content and acrylic coating.

Typical purposes

I. Wood ware polyurea primer: the latest polyurea primer made from the resin togetherwith improved MDI/TDI curing agent, and non-yellowing isocyanate curing agent. Thecuring speed of this product is equivalent to PE primer. It is not necessary to pre-spraywash coat. Compared to existing PU primer, it has faster curing speed, which greatlyimproves construction efficiency. The performance of this product is better than PU andPE primer.

II. High performance PU (polyurea) acrylic coating. It is different from the existing PU(polyurethane) acrylic coating. PU acrylic coating which mainly consists of EAROY T420and EAROY T520 presents performance better than PU (polyurethane) acrylic coating. Itsperformance could not be reached by epoxy resin acrylic coating.

III. High impact resistance and wear resistance varnish for mobile phones and notebooks.The outstanding impact resistance and wear resistance, flexibly adjusting softness andhardness requirement as well as response time make it more suitable than UV coatingfor application in such fields.

IV. Coating polyurea. The traditional SPUA spray polyurea fails to meet the requirementson many espects such as adhesive force, due to the over fast response time, or evenrequires for pre-coating treatment. By adding such resin, it is able to flexibly adjust theresponse time, to increase adhesive force, and to improve the coating film performance.

V. Wind power impeller coating. It replaces the traditional two-component polyurethanecoatings to prepare thinly coated impeller paint, which not only reduces the impellerweight, but also saves cost. Meanwhile, its performance could be improved greatly. Ifused together with 4F fluoropolymer resin we distribute, it will generate the thirdgeneration impeller coating with more better performance.
