(1) Cutting method
The cutting method is working the way that gently peel off the bran by the edge surface of the rice. This is a processing method that conflict with existing methods of processing rubbing friction between rice and rice.
(2) The difference between the conventional method and cutting method
Friction method leaves a residue bran on the surface of the rice by friction heat and excessive pressure. However, the way that cutting off the surface is characterized a non-stick residual bran.
(3) Power Comparison of One-pass rice milling machine and conventional rice milling machine
Existing systems process took about 110horsepower 2.4 tons per hour capacity on the "friction+grinding+wet rice polish". However, one-pass rice milling machine is saving energy because since the product is produced with 60horsepower 2.5 tons per hour.
(4) One-pass rice milling machine and wet rice polisher
Existing rice mill system uses wet rice polisher to remove the residue bran adhering to rice surface. However the cutting method using a wet rice polisher is not necessary because there is no residual bran. Moreover one-pass rice milling machine produce a product that can be stored for a long time without residual bran.
