Honghai AY type single and two-stage
centrifugal oil pump series, is modified and redesigned on the basis of the old Y type centrifugal pump series in order to meet the needs of modernization, which is quickly adapt to energy saving as the center of the equipment renewal and development of new products.
Application
1. The original bearing body parts 35,50,60 are replaced by bearing body 45,55,70, in this way, its reliability can be increased;
2. The hydraulic excess flow part adopt the hydraulic model of the high efficiency energy-saving pump, in average the efficiency is 5-8% higher than the old Y type lube–pump;
3. In order to keep inheriting, the structure pattern, installing size, performance parameter all keep the same with the Y-type lubro pump, so it is very convenient for renewing and reconstructing;
4. The lubro- pump parts have the strong ability that its general standard parts can be commonly used by several other honghai series pumps;
5.The affinage of its selecting materials way and the principals part is mainly male of Ⅱ、Ⅲ kind material,the materials of some parts such as bearing body is up to two kinds, that is casting steel and casting iron, in this way it makes very advantageous for being used in the cold atea, being used outdoor, using for ship-making;
6. According to the different customers requirements on the temperature, Honghai is able to choose different suitable bearings;
7. Cooling system, there are three types, that is air cooling, air fan cooling, and water cooling. Among them, air fan cooling is especially used for area where the water resource is lack or the quality of water is worse.
