Detail Company Introduction
The development of Sunholy
“Sunholy Trading Co.,Ltd” established in 1971 which was deal with the oil business and import the ORIENTAL motor formally in 1979.
Under our hard managing, gradually we made the “ORIENTAL MOTOR” became the No.1 import brand in Taiwan and we were the sole agent in 1986.
In order to enlarge our service to the customers, we set up the branch in Chung-Li, Tai-Chung, Tai-Nan separately in 1987 and offered “Technic & Service” to the everywhere in Taiwan. In 1988 we held the unheard-of free “Motor technical seminar” and tried to improve the ability in using “Precise Small Motor”. We also translated the all Japanese catalog into the Chinese version which can meet more needs from the customers.
For further immediately service, we set up the first “Telephone Technical Consultation Center-TS” and “Technical On-Site Service-FS”. The purposes of these 2 departments which are offering the entire technical service system of “Motor Selection”, “Trouble dealing” , “Technical support”, “Providing the improvement program”.
In 2001, we want to regard the “Professional sales channel”- “Technic”, “Service”, “Quality”, “Channel” as our orientation in future which different from the original “ORIENTAL sole agent in Taiwan”. The product lines also extended from “Product” to “Transmission” “Electronics” “System” “Equipment” 4 groups.
The products of transmission we not only have “ORIENTAL Motor” but also have “Stepping Motor of Sanyo Denki”, “Ball Reducer and Index of Kamo Seiko”, “Coupling of HUCO”, “Stepping Motor Driver of MICRO” and the professional motor manufacturer “TROY”.
The products of system included the stepping/servo motor, multi-axes control card, robot arm, actuator and other devices.
Sunholy Trading Co., Ltd. merged with TROY Enterprise Co., Ltd in March 2005.And the “Technic” “Service” “Quality” are the main core of Sunholy. We will providing the best product and service which can improve the customer’s competitiveness.
