NSS as a local company is registered in Singapore, but its factories station in Qingdao China. So that, you will find our offer is the most competitive one in the global markets. NSS has been developing many kinds of tents and shelters products over 20 years. Our products comprise all kinds of container shelters, portable shelter/tent, hangar, carport/garage, canopy, greenhouse, warehouse and related structures. All of our tents/shelters are designed and produced by ourselves, which have been exporting to all over the world such as Europe, America and Japan, and they have been well tested and recognized widely by our customers.
1. From the aspect of the design, our design has considered various loads and weather conditions so that our products are strong enough to withstand heavy wind and snow load and so on.
- Our engineers can specially design the shelters in accordance with customers’ requirements as we have a top-class designer and a team of expertise.
2. From the aspect of the quality, our materials procurement and parts fabrication are guaranteed as our factory operational activities are strictly comply with the ISO9001 standard which we achieved (ISO9001 certificate of conformity quality management system certification). All of our products have passed the CE test.
- Steel frame is powder coated or hot galvanized for anti-rust. Our hot galvanized steel tubes are fully coated with zinc on both inside and outside, and thickness of zinc layer is specially thickened for ultimate anti-rust and long durability.
- Fabric cover is 200gsm or 300 gsm for PE (polythene) fabric which is imported from South Korea’s best PE manufacturer. Our 610gsm PVC is produced from genuine Germany production line. PE and PVC are coated with tarpaulin on both sides, UV-resistant, 100% waterproof, fire retardant, anti-aging and high tensile strength. The lifespan of PVC fabric is 10-15 years!
- All steel parts are per-treated and pre-drilled. You could assemble the shelter easily according to the assembly manual/instruction provided. All necessary parts are included in the package of delivery including bolts, anchors, and ratchets and so on.
3. You have a different choices and solutions for openings such as doors & windows and fixation onto ground.
- We have mechanical roll up door, zipper roll up door, rope roll up door and sliding door. We can make windows on the shelter as per the request.
- We provide different solutions of fixation for different ground conditions such as earth, hard surface etc.
