System operation of LSH vertical steam or hot water boiler

        LSH series oil or gas steam boiler is improved by our factory to meet the needs of various industries for small heating equipment. We take vertical arrangement in order to reduce the boiler area. Using oil and gas as fuel can meet the requirements of environmental protection and improve the automatic control of boiler.

        The furnace body of this series of gas boiler is two return pipe structure, combustion chamber is set upright inside the furnace which have larger combustion space and radiation heating surface. The second return pipe adopt threaded tube technology to achieve maximum limit to strength heat transfer, reduce exhaust temperature and increase thermal efficiency at the premise of compact structure. Furnace and the second return pipe adopt eccentric layout, burning device is located at the top of boiler.

        For ease operation of boiler maintenance, the top of boiler adopts the active structure that is convenient for pipe inspection and ash removal; there are also equipped with a certain amount hand hole in the lower part of boiler to meet space requirement of maintenance and cleaning.

Automatic control of LSH series oil or gas steam boiler has the following features:

1. According to the set pressure range automatically open and stop boiler.
2. The safety protection of stop boiler and alarm at the overpressure condition.
3. Water supply is controlled automatically.
4. Alarm of low security level and stop the furnace.
5. Automatic combustion control and safety protection.
