EPS color - coated steel sandwich panel 50mm 1 set The booth is made of color-coated steel sandwich panel. The thickness is 0.326mm and the weight is 10kg/m³.Advantages: anti-fire etc.
Door  Width*height:3000mm*2500mm  1 set The door is made of EPS sandwich panel. The edges are wrapped by high quality aluminum alloy. There are windows (whose angles are wrapped by aluminum alloy) for observation in the door.
Chassis Assembly Length*width*height:6900mm*3900mm*300mm 1 set The Chassis Assembly is welded by high quality steels. The legs of the bottom station are connected with 03.7mm thickened galvanized sheets. There are three rolls of steel grills in the size of 3*40. The operate plate on both sides are covered with anti-skid plates.
Fan  3kw 3 sets The helicoids centrifugal fan is special designed for paint spry booth. Volume of each set:15000m³/hAdvantages: low noise, explosion proof, etc.
Electrical control box AUTO 1 set The electrical control equipments are composed of famous brand’s electrical components, including Delixi AC contactor, Ammeter and voltmeter. All those components are durable in use.
Filter cotton  600g 1 set The filters cottons are made of Stereo rubber filter cottons whose purify rate can reach over 95%.
Lighting system  220V 36W 1 set We use Fusan T8 lighting system for lighting. There are 8 sets of lights. Each set has 3 tubes. The total tube number of the tubes is 24. We use the inclined tube lighting to make sure that the lights can reach every part of the booth.
ceiling girder 6900*3900 1 set  The framework is welded by square pipes (80*40mm) for supporting. The reinforcement is made of galvanized sheet (thickness of the sheet is 0.7mm). All those can ensure the solidity.
Heating  CFR engine 1 set We use Liyalu 14#CFR engine with the oil consumption of 7L-10L. The heat exchanger is welded of stainless steel sheets (thickness 1.2mm) and the heat exchange rate can reach more than 95%. The intake wind door is electrical door.
Skirt  7000*4000*300(length*width*height) 1 set The skirt is welded by 0.7mm thick galvanized sheet with snow patterns on it.
Doors for operators 1800*700(height* width) 1 set The edges of the door are wrapped with aluminum alloy. There are windows for operators to observe in the door, too.
