1. Application conditions:

Temperature: 45-55°C, optimum temperature: 50°C;pH: 4.5-5.5, optimum pH: 4.8;Washing time: 15-45 minutes (depending on the desired effect, the longer the effect is more significant);

Dosage: 0.5-1.0% (owf-on weight of treated fabrics, adjust according to the treated material and specific requirements; the amount is greater, the effect is more significant);Bath ratio: 1:5-1:15; Use oxalic acid or acetic acid to adjust water bath pH; 山本美月

2. Remarks

1) To achieve a satisfactory treatment effect, it’s necessary to determine the best treatment of desizing;

2) There is no any damage to skin, if accidentally contaminate skin, please rinse with water;3) Inactivate the enzyme after washing to avoid excessive handling and damage clothes;

To inactivate the enzymes with any way as follow:a. Heated to above 80°C for 10 minutes;b. Adjust pH to 8-9, the temperature above 60°C for 10 minutes;c. Bleaching.
