Introduction:

The product is suitable for open pouring steel in tundish. During ten years of production and using, through users’ feedback, we research, develop, and upgrade the product. The earliest full-zirconium sizing nozzle is not used widely because of its high cost. Overall composite zirconium sizing nozzle is widely used in the nineties because of its low cost. However, due to the short service life, which is replaced by zirconium mosaic sizing nozzle now promoted.

Sizing nozzle can be divided into two types according to dimensions: one is mosaic sizing nozzle series according to national standard sizes; the other one is heterosexual tundish upper nozzle series based on the drawings offered by the use of factory. After long-term production and actual use, this product has good thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, and low expanding rate, without bias, casual flow, burst, and drift tube phenomenon. The product types in high-middle and low range of different levels can meet the needs of different users.
