Spiral Classifier is mainly composed of gearing, spirochete, tank, hoisting structure, underneath steady and ore-discharging valve. `According to the principle that solid granules with different sizes an d proportions have different settling velocities in the liquid, the high weir spiral classifier can make fine ore granules which will overflow outside float in the water and the rough ore granules which will be discharged by the auger descend to the bottom of the tank. Spiral classifier can filter the material powder grinded by the mill, and then take the rough material to the feed opening of mill through the screw panel and make the filtered fine materials be discharged through the overflow tube. It is widely used to shunt ore sands by matching closed circuit with the ball mill, classify ore sands, fine clay and pulp, delime, dehytrate and so on in the concentration plants.
