Detailed Description
SUKAZYM RW-100 Biological agent for treatment of aerobic river water SUKAYM RW-100 is a microbial-based product containing a highly concentrated blend of non-pathogenic beneficial organisms and multi-enzyme producing microorganisms that rapidly degrades various carbohydrates and organic matter present in aerobic river water. The product also contains enzymes of high activities that aid in the digestion of suspended particles and complex materials in the bottom sludge for subsequent conversion into molecules that can be utilized by different microorganisms for metabolism. SUKAZYM RW-100 contains aerobic and facultative microorganisms with specific biodegradative abilities which are able to grow and degrade organic substances under aerobic as well as anaerobic conditions. Autotrophic beneficial organisms in SUKAZYM RW-100 can simultaneously oxidize hydrogen, hydrogen sulfide to sulfate or elemental sulfur and reduce nitrate to nitrogen and oxygen gases. These organisms can denitrify even in the presence of oxygen, so that it can be added to both aerated and anaerobic system. Under stable temperature, the product can rapidly degrade the organic materials in industrial, municipal and agricultural wastewater. MECHANISM Aerobic and facultative microorganisms in the product with specific biodegradative abilities are able to grow and degrade organic substances in the aerobic and anaerobic portions of the river system, respectively. The digestion process begins with the microbial hydrolysis of the input materials (ex. carbohydrates, proteins and fats) into sugars, amino acids and fatty acids for use of other bacteria. Hydrolysis can be performed by both aerobic and facultative organisms. During the decomposition of organic matter in the sludge, the volume of the sludge is reduced while degradation products that are released into the water are rapidly decomposed. The enhanced conversion of nitrate to N2 and eventual release to the water will reduce the accumulation of ammonia in the sludge and water system. Clarity is enhanced and the odor of the water is reduced. BENEFITS
