Jinan Reida Technology & Trade Company was established in 2003. Our company is engaged in the business of machinery and spare parts of the tyre industry. At present, we have obtained the ISO9001 certificate in the R&D, Production and Sales in the Industrial blade. And we are the only one company who obtained the R&D certificate. In Shandong area, we are the pioneer in the rubber machinery and we are one of the large scale compnies. We have been keeping good relationship with the Domestic and International well-known brand companies and groups. Now, about 90% domestic tyre companies use our steel cord blade.

1. The raw material of HX blade is Cemented carbide YG60A, its hardness can reach 63-70 degree.
2. The cutting times of HX blade can be upto about 250-300 thousand times per edge.
3. The vacuum heat-treatment of HX blade guarantees the blade with non-deformation and the accuracy is 5um.d. After the use, the HX blade’s accruracy will not decrease after the repeatedly grind and repair.
4. About 90% tyre companies are selecting and using our HX blade, and we have matched with the domestic manufacturer of steel cord cutting line, like Qingdao MesaNc, China GRM and so on.
