With low cost, it is suitable for use in bridge connection which is sensitive to cost or use in LAN as a stretcher or subsection. It can learn automatically MAC address in the connected LAN and only transmit the aim address to frame in another LAN. There are more than 10000 addresses in its LAN table. And they can be updated automatically. The highest speed of filtrating and transmission is 30000 frame/second(line speed). The buffer size is 64M. The throughput delay is 1 frame. When it is used as a stretcher or subsection, it can forbid filtration so that all traffic can be broadcasted in WAN. 10baseT interface can run in full duplex Ethernet with topology and improve data throughput by eliminating filled blanks in the 64 bytes frames. Without any negotiation in V.35 port, it is specially suitable for use in satellites and other wireless broadcast.
