King brand FA series of hollow plastic molding machines adopt Japan Mitsubishi PLC and 10 inches human-computer interface. Our factory design and develop up-to-date domestic and abroad blowing molding technique by ourselves that has the features of high automation, easy operation, good reliability etc. Our products are well applied to produce the various hollow containers and special fittings that are made from ABS,PP,HDPE etc. And the volume vary from 10 to 200 liters such as chemical product toys,toolboxes,lamp-chimney,automotive fittings and so on.
The clamping system adopt diagonal two tie bar center clamping bi-directional synchronous high precision linear guiding clamping device.
The extrusion system adopt hard gear surface reducer and DC drive imports from Japan.
The die system adopt single cylinder center material-in accumulator head.
The hydraulic system adopt imports hydraulic valve,seals parts and proportional control.
The control system adopt PLC and human-machine interface import from Japan and PLC automatic temperature control model.
