Founded in 2005，NingboXingerke Mould Co., Ltd, specialized in designing and manufacturing large,precise, complex and long-life plastic injection moulds, related to all kinds of automobiles, autobikes, households, IT products, commodities, etc. It has annual production capacity of 150~300 units of large and medium-size injection moulds.
Thinkermould has its advanced CAD/CAM/CAE system and great team-workers experienced in mold design, manufacture and company management. And we are also familiar with mold manufacturing standards from Japan , USA , Europe, Australia and so on. With main equipment of vertical, horizontal and Gantry machining centers, thereinto we have Italian Suchman's RC270 Five Axis High-speed Milling Machines, Japanese Makino V77, German DMG DMC-64V High Speed Machine Center,Yuefei also has multifunctional depth bore machining tool, CNC wire cutting, large-sized vertical and horizontal mould assembly machines, highly precise CNC Double-head EDM and injection machines of capability from 80T-1250T.
