(600509) and East China University of Science and Technology, the registered capital is 37 million yuan. Relying on the advantages of fund and management of Xinjiang Tianfu Thermoelectric Co., Ltd., and integrating the advantages of technology and talent of East China University of Science and Technology, the company has became the first high & new technology enterprise specialized in R & D and production of high-performance activated carbon.
Up to now, the major products include ultra activated carbon (the specific surface area is more than 2100m2/g) and spherical activated carbon. The company set up an ultra activated carbon production line with an output of 50tons/year in Tianfu Development Zone of Shihezi in Xinjiang in October, 2007, this product is mainly used as the electrode material of super capacitors.
spherical activated carbon is mainly used for medicine, pharmaceutical industry, military chemical defense, air cleaning, ultra pure water treatment, sewage treatment and solvent recovery etc.
