When it is used for production of liquid milk, the producing flow is controlled by the homogenizer. when it refers to another beverage such as fruit juice,the producing flow is automatically controlled by the flow adjustment device at the feeding section.This equipment is provided with CIP cleaning system. The control system adopts PLC and touch screen,equipped with advanced control software and well- commented human-machine interface，through which,the whole process is supervised and automatical control from equipment sterilization、production to CIP cleaning system. In order to meet requirements of customers , it can be connected with aseptic tanks and various kinds of aseptic packing machines.Furthermore,cooling section is designed at the outlet of of the product,the product can be discharged below 5 centigrade through cooling by refrigerant.If there is another special request,design and manufacturing can be made according to the parameters provided by customers.The spiral groove heat exchanger adopts detachable combination structure of heat exchanging tube and tube shell.Each heat exchanging tube unit adopts generally available parts.If it is necessary to change the disposing process,it can be combined freely and it is easy to dismantle and mantain,it costs low to replace the parts.
