We have 288 employees now, consisting of 15 managing personnel, 28 administrators, 15 senior experts known in the bridge industry, 57 senior engineers or technicians with rich experience and 188 skilled workers. We have won the following certificates: Grade 2 qualification of steel structure bridge contracting by Ministry of construction of PRC, ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System, ISO10012:2003 Measurement Management System, ISO14001:2004 Environment Management System; GB/T28001:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, etc. We are awarded as the provincial Hi-tech enterprise with possession of 5 patented technologies related to products of suspension bridge. After 15 years of development, we have become the biggest and most powerful supplier and manufacturer and contractor of the structural suspension bridge and the main accessories in China, we possess the first rate design and research team consisting of 50 experts with rich experience and endless innovation and creation, they are the experts on the suspension bridge construction and manufacturing specialists accordingly, having worked in large state-owned factories for more than 10 years. We often apply the advanced design techniques in our design and research, such as PRO/E, Solid works, and we can perform FEA (static stress analysis) even for much more complicated structure of the suspension bridge. To further evaluation of non-linear stress analysis for the complicated structures, we often share the latest research achievements with some domestic key universities and design institutes and take use of the global famous analysis technology such as ANSYS or ADINA. Hence we have successfully overcome and solved many technical issues existed and known in the suspension bridge industry at that time, for example, slider plate bonding by heat, non stable quality of metal powder spray welding, CNC programs for machining of the cable saddle. To assure the business develop smoothly, we have appointed some national famous experts of the bridge construction as the consultant; we have established our own manufacture base, which is the largest one currently in China, and we can make and supply whole sets of steel structural products for suspension bridge. Due to the dedicated production chain in our plant, the whole of the relevant processing can be done, standardized and controlled well continuously and scientifically without any clearance. So it is easy for us to fully assure the quality of products to our customers.
Now we are capable of fabricating and machining the 8,000 tons of cable saddle and clamp as well as 20,000 tons of other steel structural products every year.
