Description This product is formulated with a variety of additives, such as highly effective antioxidant, brightening agent and cooling accelerant. Good oil solubility and excellent antioxidation can keep the glossiness for the mechanical components. Applications Used for blending cold quenching oil, marquenching and vacuum quenching oils; the treating dose depends on the oil bath temperatures, typically 2.0-3.0%. The blended products are in accordance with the specifications of common quenching media for heat treatment specified by JB/T6955-93 or the standard of SH0564-93. Points for Attention 1, The package is a kind of functional additive package, applied by adding with antifoam agent. 2, The recommended temperature for blending of oil is 60-75oC. 3, The temperature of heating steam for transferring and blending should not exceed 110oC.
