Sulconazole nitrate
China [CN] Sulconazole Nitrate, CAS No. 61318-91-0 with molecular formula C18H16Cl3N3O3S, molecular weight 460.76 and EINECS number 624-696-6, is a white crystalline powder small-molecule antifungal API. It has a melting point of 130.5–132°C, soluble at 25 mg/mL in both DMF and DMSO, moderately soluble in DMSO-PBS mixed buffer and barely soluble in ethanol, and can be stored stably at room temperature. As an imidazole-class antifungal agent that inhibits fungal ergosterol biosynthesis to suppress fungal proliferation, this product is supplied as USP reference standard, bulk pharmaceutical raw material and lab reagent for chromatographic analysis, in vitro antifungal activity testing and topical anti-fungal drug formulation development.
