Ertugliflozin L-pyroglutamic acid
China [CN] Ertugliflozin L-pyroglutamic acid (also known as Ertugliflozin pidolate, PF-04971729), with CAS No. 1210344-83-4, molecular formula C27H32ClNO10 and molecular weight 566, is a white to off-white solid pharmaceutical API. It has high solubility in DMSO at ≥125 mg/mL, and must be stored at 2–8°C under inert nitrogen or argon atmosphere for long-term stability. As a novel SGLT2 inhibitor co-developed by Pfizer and Merck, this co-crystal salt was FDA-approved under the brand name Steglatro for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adult patients. We supply this compound as high-purity bulk raw material, impurity reference standard and lab reagent for chromatographic testing, preclinical pharmacology research and oral antidiabetic drug formulation development.
