Revefenacin
China [CN] Revefenacin, also coded TD-4208 with CAS No. 864750-70-9, molecular formula C35H43N5O4 and molecular weight 597.75, is a white to off-white solid pharmaceutical compound. It has a predicted boiling point of 777.5±60.0°C and density of 1.26±0.1 g/cm³, highly soluble in DMSO at ≥125 mg/mL, and requires storage at -20°C for long-term stability. As a novel long-acting non-selective muscarinic antagonist targeting M3 receptors on respiratory smooth muscle, it relieves acetylcholine-induced bronchoconstriction. Approved by the FDA for maintenance treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), this product is offered as high-purity raw material, reference standard and research intermediate for preclinical pharmacology testing and inhalation drug formulation development.
