Two years
ago, a sales guru from a hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer told me that
sales should act against human nature to be human and follow human nature to do
things. A few days ago, I requested the sales team of hydraulic
cartridge valve manufacturer AAK to act this way. Some people don't
understand this, but it's actually quite simple.
Everyone
understands the principles of being a person, but many people are unwilling or
do not want to do it because “being a person” is hard and uncomfortable.

From
elementary school to university, reading is hard, and getting up every day for
running and exercise is also hard. But playing games is easy, and watching
videos is also easy. If you pursue "relaxation" every day, you will
find it increasingly difficult to earn respect from others. Similarly, as the
sales person of hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers, if you only focus on
your own comfort, you will not receive the respect of customers.
If you
are strict with yourself every day and make yourself “uncomfortable”, you will
find that in the eyes of others, you are becoming more and more like a person,
and no one dares to look down on you. Similarly, as the sales person of
hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers, if you take into account the emotions
and feelings of customers every day, you will become more and more like
partners in the eyes of customers.
