Today, we will introduce a hydraulic directional control valve cage produced by a PSMT Turning and milling composite machining center, which is just next to the Hardinge CNC machine tool. The valve cage of the hydraulic directional control valve being processed is also controlled to an accuracy of within 2μm.
Through the video, we can see that this PSMT turning and milling composite machining center is currently processing the hydraulic directional control valve cage. This equipment is equipped with 12 cutting tools, with B-axis and C-axis linkage. Turning and milling can be completed in one go, reducing the number of clamping times. One clamping, completing all the machining processes of the hydraulic directional control valve cage in one go, from drilling, boring, edge milling, to threading, its production efficiency is 40% higher than most machining centers. This process setting not only improves production efficiency, but also avoids human error. The device also has an online detection function. During the machining process of the hydraulic directional control valve cage, key data can be timely detected in place, ensuring that the accuracy of the hydraulic directional control valve cage is controlled within 2μm.
