JOEO Cyclic corrosion salt spray chamber, salt spray chamber is tested the corrosion resistance capacity of products, which stay in the intense change environment, such as automobile parts, aviation equipment, photographic equipment, building materials, electricity, electrical and electronic systems.
Cyclic Corrosion Salt Spray Chamber adopts 5mm or 8mm imported gray and white impact resistant P.V.C board, with high temperature resistance up to 85℃ and corrosion resistance.
Support frame: ¢ 10MM fiberglass rod, corrosion resistant. The steel V-frame and the fiber rod angle are placed to ensure the specimen is inclined at 15-30 degrees.
Pressure barrel is welded seamlessly with 2.0mm SUS304 stainless steel plate
(1)Neutral salt chamber test,
(2) Acetate salt spray test,
(3)Copper salt accelerated acetate salt spray test
(1) The neutral salt spray test (NSS test) is the earliest and most widely used accelerated corrosion test method. It uses 5% sodium chloride salt water solution, and the PH value of the solution is adjusted to a neutral range (6.5 ~ 7.2) as a spray solution. The test temperature is 35℃, and the sedimentation rate of salt spray is required to be 1~2mL/80cm/h.If you need more models about our test equipment, please reference our chamber-testing(.)com
(2) Acetic acid salt spray test (ASS test) is developed on the basis of neutral salt spray test. It is to add some glacial acetic acid to the 5% sodium chloride solution, the pH value of the solution is reduced to about 3, the solution becomes acidic, and the salt mist formed finally becomes acidic from neutral salt mist. Its corrosion rate is about 3 times faster than the NSS test.
(3) The copper salt accelerated acetate spray test (CASS test) is a rapid salt spray corrosion test recently developed. The test temperature is 50℃. A small amount of copper salt-copper chloride is added to the salt solution to strongly induce corrosion. Its corrosion rate is about 8 times that of the NSS test.
