The equipment is crucial for processing large volume and heavy hydraulic manifolds. We use Cincinnati Horizontal Machining Center for the processing of 2.5-ton hydraulic manifolds. Its X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis strokes are 4200mm, 2100mm, and 700mm respectively, ensuring that large hydraulic manifolds can be processed. Set a processing speed of 45m/min and use centralized timed lubrication to reduce guide rail wear, ensuring stable accuracy of the hydraulic manifolds and ensuring its geometric accuracy. Especially the 220 ° rotation function of the A-axis and the arbitrary 360 ° rotation of the C-axis can achieve 4-axis movement on one side of the spindle, ensuring processing efficiency.
