In the manufacturing process of the stainless steel pipe, the diameter of the pipe is Φ6 and Φ273mm, which is suitable for stainless steel SUS304, 316, 316L, etc. The online running speed is adjustable from 0 to 10M/min, the heating temperature is set according to the material of the solution treatment, and the advanced infrared temperature measuring automatic detection system and the synchronous solution refrigeration system are equipped with the advantages of simple operation, multi-function, multi-protection, multi-display, and integrated self-contained water cooling system. need not be equipped with external water cooling device.

The steel pipe is heated by all-solid-state IGBT induction heating power supply, which has the characteristics of small occupied area, light weight, low working voltage, high safety factor, low high-frequency radiation, low noise, low failure rate, low maintenance difficulty, and the like. The control system is controlled by PLC imported from Germany. Large-screen display made in Taiwan can be used to visually understand the operation status and fault condition of the equipment. The whole machine is equipped with various protection measures to greatly improve the stability and reliability of the equipment and complete the interlocking control and protection functions with the production line.

The bright heat treatment process avoids the environmental pollution caused by the traditional pickling treatment process, and aims at eliminating the structural defects of stainless steel, reducing the hardness, improving the performance of steel and restoring the plastic deformation capability of the steel to meet the processing requirements. The induction heating power supply is used to heat the stainless steel tube to the temperature above its phase change temperature (austenitic stainless steel generally does not exceed 1100 degrees centigrade) and then cool down after a certain time. Generally for protective atmosphere annealing, the purpose is to avoid oxidation caused by the surface of the regeneration of iron oxide scale, so commonly known as bright annealing.

The bright continuous heat treatment furnace mainly consists of a heating part and a cooling part. In order to meet the requirements of welding different pipes, an independent support frame device is designed, on which heating and quenching systems are installed. The support frame can adjust the height of the center line of the bright heat treatment device. The quenching chamber connected to the sealing bush of the heating coil is completely closed, and the water is cooled on the outer surface, while inside the tube, a conductive medium with high heat conductivity rapidly transfers heat from the stainless steel tube to the outer water cooling chamber surface. The whole quenching process is carried out under the control of the protective atmosphere to ensure that the brightness treatment can be continued before the outlet temperature. At the same time, the equipment adopts intelligent ignition system to monitor the flame state at any time. Because the furnace body adopts front and rear sealing and the air path is reasonable, the bright reaction is quick, the number of black pipes is reduced, and the consumption of protective gas is greatly saved for users. A heating sensor designed to increase heating efficiency includes an atmosphere sealing bush containing a controllable protective gas for preventing contamination from the external environment. The direct water quenching device plays a very important role in keeping the consistency of product size. and the length of quenching is kept to a very small extent.
