Kenneth is from Israel, and has been in the industry for not a long time. His first purchase of hydraulic screw-in cartridge valves, caused customer complaints due to impurities. AAK uses 4 processes to remove impurities in hydraulic screw-in cartridge valves, solving Kenneth's troubles.
In February this year, Kenneth needed to purchase a hydraulic screw-in cartridge valve, for use in hydraulic unit equipment. He has very limited hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers in hand, and a colleague introduced one to him. This hydraulic screw-in cartridge valve is a model equivalent to HydraForce RV10-16. Kenneth purchased 100 hydraulic screw-in cartridge valves. At the end of June, the customer complained that the hydraulic screw-in cartridge valve was not sensitive, and the root cause was that there were residual impurities in the valve, but the proportion was not high. The original cartridge valve manufacturer advised that these are hydraulic screw-in cartridge valves in stock, and there may be some residual impurities that cannot be 100% avoidable. The only solution is to replace them with new ones. But what the customer needs is a 100% impurity free hydraulic screw-in cartridge valve, and Kenneth can only contact other hydraulic screw-in cartridge valve manufacturers. After 1 week, there is no any result. Kenneth was very upset.
Kenneth found AAK on Google, and left a message on AAK website: Can AAK hydraulic screw-in cartridge valve be impurity free? After communication, it was learned that he had been in the industry for less than 3 months and had encountered the problem of impurities in hydraulic screw-in cartridge valves. I told him that AAK receives such inquiries almost every week regarding similar issues. The key to remove residual impurities in hydraulic screw-in cartridge valves lies in 2 steps: one is the export of impurities during processing, and the other is the cleaning of components. The cleaning of AAK hydraulic screw-in cartridge valves adopts 4 processes. In terms of process settings and detail handling, it is different from most manufacturers. Meanwhile, I forwarded him the video of our cleaning processes. The next day, Kenneth sent us an order for 100 pcs of hydraulic screw-in cartridge valves
AAK hydraulic screw-in cartridge valve is cleaned using a multifunctional automated ultrasonic cleaning equipment, which has 4 processes and does not require manual labor.
1. Soak the components in water-soluble industrial cleaning agent for 1 hour, with a cleaning agent concentration ratio of 80%. Most hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers in China purchase it from the market directly, and the soaking time is less than 1 hour.
2. By using a transducer, the sound energy of the power ultrasonic frequency source is converted into mechanical vibration, and the ultrasonic wave is radiated into the cleaning solution in the tank through the cleaning tank wall. The ultrasonic radiation time shall not be less than 10 minutes, and the micro bubbles in the liquid in the tank shall vibrate for 15 minutes under the action of sound waves. Under dual action, there is no residue of impurities.
3. Rust prevention treatment, soak with rust inhibitor for at least 20 minutes to ensure that each component does not rust.
4. Drying process. After each cartridge valve element enters the drying tank, it will stand for more than half an hour to ensure that each element is dried.
AAK hydraulic screw-in cartridge, 4 processes to remove impurities, you are welcome to try it out!
