Faraji is from South Africa, and fell down when he purchased hydraulic cartridge valves from China in the first time. Last September, Faraji purchased a hydraulic cartridge valve from China and used it in their hydraulic manifold. After more than 1 month of operation, it was discovered that the hydraulic cartridge valve was leaking, with foreign objects remaining between the valve spool and valve seat, causing the valve to get stuck. The original hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer shifted the blame and said that it was caused due to the uncleanness of the hydraulic oil. Faraji felt helpless.
I'm not sure where Faraji learned about AAK hydraulic valves. He left a message on our website: Can AAK ensure that each hydraulic cartridge valve has no residual impurities? There are not many messages about residual impurities in the valve. After communication, it was learned that he encountered problems when purchasing cartridge valves from other hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in China. He may have encountered a manufacturer who does not pay attention to quality, or always thought that African customers do not pay attention to quality.
The hydraulic cartridge valve required by Faraji is a standard part of SUN Hydraulics's RDDA series, and we have program for this model. In 1 week, AAK sent out 30 samples of RDDA hydraulic cartridge valves. 6 months later, which was last week, Faraji informed us via email that the AAK hydraulic cartridge valve did not experience any jamming, and the valve produced by the original manufacturer was stuck in over 1 month. I told him that no customer has complained that the AAK hydraulic cartridge valve has stuck within 1 year. In fact, it is not difficult to solve the residual in the hydraulic cartridge valve, but most hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers in China cannot do it well.
AAK independently developed an automated ultrasonic assembly line 6 years ago, to clean each processed component. There are 4 procedures, one linked with another, without the need for manual labor.
1. First, degrease. We do this by immersing each component in a degreasing tank for more than half an hour, to ensure that the surface oil stains of each component are completely removed. Most manufacturers directly overlook this action.
2. After oil removal, it automatically enters the ultrasonic cleaning tank. By utilizing ultrasound, the direct inflow effect in the liquid disperses, emulsifies, and peels off impurities on the surface of the component.
3. After ultrasonic cleaning, the components automatically enter the rust prevention tank for rust prevention treatment, improving the corrosion resistance of each component.
4. Finally, each component enters the automatic drying tank for drying. After 100% drying, proceed to the assembly workshop.
AAK hydraulic cartridge valves are cleaned by 4 procedures that do not require manual operation, which not only has high production efficiency, but also ensures 100% residue free and no worry about valve stuck.
AAK hydraulic cartridge valve, no residue, no stuck, you can also give it a try!
