1. AAK hydraulic solenoid cartridge valve has an axial first oil port and a radial second oil port set at the front end of the valve sleeve. The inner cavity of the magnetic isolation tube has a fixed iron, which is connected to the valve sleeve at the front end and the magnetic isolation tube at the back end. The fixed iron is hollow and forms a cavity. The front end of the magnetic isolation tube and the rear end of the fixed iron are welded together through copper welding rings, replacing the argon arc welding technology of the same industry.

2. The coil is wrapped around the outer side of the magnetic isolation tube and the fixed iron, with an end cover at the rear end of the magnetic isolation tube. The valve sleeve has a valve spool that can move axially, a convex head at the front end, and a reset mechanism inside the valve sleeve. 

3. The push rod in the fixed iron chamber can move axially and transmit the force of the moving iron to the valve spool. This structure can reduce the resistance of the moving iron movement, shorten the opening and closing time of the solenoid valve, play a magnetic isolation role, reduce the release time of the moving iron, and have a long service life under high pressure.

Nelson privately mentioned that their engineers were very satisfied with the hydraulic solenoid cartridge valves he purchased this time. Unlike the previous hydraulic solenoid cartridge valves, there were always some difficulties, and the boss increasingly valued him.
