1. The valve spool and sleeve of the hydraulic flow control cartridge valve are of three-section type. The outer wall of each section of the valve spool is processed with convex steps. The cross-sectional area of the inner cavity of the three-section valve sleeve increases in turn. The axial through-hole of the valve sleeve penetrates from the lower end to the upper end. Each section of valve sleeve is provided with a plurality of radial oil ports, which are connected with the oil passage cavity.
2. The valve spool is sleeved in the axial through-hole of the valve sleeve, and the valve spool guide is arranged in the guide cavity. The valve sleeve is located in the control cover plate, which has 3 oil passages. One end of the return spring is connected with the control cover plate, the other end is connected with the second spool, and the oil passage cavity is connected with the return spring cavity.
3. There are 3 seals in the guide sleeve of the valve spool, and there is no leakage in the cavity.
The optimized hydraulic flow control cartridge valve has 2 function positions. The flow capacity of the first function position is less than the flow capacity of the second function position. The two-way pressure control is adopted, and the response speed is fast. The hydraulic flow control cartridge valve can be controlled with less pressure oil. The flow difference in the system does not affect the response of the hydraulic flow control cartridge valve.
