In the middle of December last year, Bauer wanted to customize 70 hydraulic flow control cartridge valves. The adjusting knob must be durable and easy to operate. I made fun of him: Did you encounter problem so that you think of AAK cartridge valve? He told me that these hydraulic flow control cartridge valves were purchased from a local cartridge valve manufacturer in Brazil. During the daily equipment maintenance, their hydraulic cylinder customer found that the knob of the hydraulic flow control cartridge valve torque was large, difficult to turn, and inconvenient. The manufacturer of the original hydraulic flow control cartridge valve reported that only the knob of this structure could be used, otherwise it would not be durable. Bauer didn't believe it, so he came to me.
AAK engineer disassembled the structure of the original hydraulic flow control cartridge valve, combined with the working conditions of the hydraulic cylinder, and found that the original hydraulic flow control cartridge valve knob can be replaced by a new structure. Bauer asked me to arrange production immediately, and needed to ship before CNY, which means it would have only 30+ days to reprogram and produce 70 hydraulic flow control cartridge valves. I told him that I would go all out, if without accident, it could be shipped before CNY.
AAK hydraulic flow control cartridge valve knob system includes positioning rod, adjusting handle, positioning rod adjusting screw and adjusting screw seat. The upper end of the adjusting screw seat is provided with a screw hole that is suitable for the thread of the adjusting screw of the positioning rod, and the upper end of the adjusting screw of the positioning rod is fixedly connected with the handle. This structure is completely different from the concept of the Brazilian cartridge valve manufacturer. It is not only easy to operate, but also more durable.
1.Between the lower end of the positioning rod adjusting screw and the upper end of the valve opening positioning rod, there is an intermediate transition adjustment shaft, and the lower end of the intermediate transition adjustment shaft and the upper end are also provided with a step shaft.
2. The lower end of the adjusting screw seat is equipped with an adaptive adjusting shaft positioning hole. The valve opening positioning rod is a ladder rod with the upper end diameter greater than the lower end diameter. The upper end of the ladder rod is equipped with an adaptive adjusting shaft connecting hole.
3. The valve cover is provided with an upper round hole and a lower round hole which are respectively suitable for the reciprocating dynamic seal at the upper and lower ends of the positioning rod. The upper end of the positioning rod, the lower end of the adjusting screw seat, the side of the intermediate transition adjusting shaft, and the corresponding hole surface on the valve cover form a pressure relief oil chamber of the adjusting screw. The valve cover is equipped with a guide oil passage. The positioning rod is located below the connecting hole of the adjusting shaft, and is equipped with a liquid return oil passage.
