The electrical principle of AC charging
AC charging mode has a total of three charging modes, namely mode 1, mode 2 and mode 3. according to the national standard requirements and charging safety, which mode 1 is strictly prohibited, mode 3 is generally used to connect mode C. Its mode 2 and mode 3 connect mode C AC charging working principle.
AC charging is the national standard charging mode, its electrical schematic, detection and control to meet the requirements of the standard GB/T 18487.1-2015 "electric vehicle conduction charging system part 1: general requirements", as shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3. In addition to meeting the requirements of the national standard, different automobile factories will add the function of charging prompt or display according to the demand of the project, so as to facilitate the customer's view of charging status.
Composition of DC charging.
DC charging means that the voltage input from the external grid to the vehicle is DC, i.e. the DC charging pile converts 380V AC three-phase power into DC power, which is delivered to the vehicle through the standard DC charging plug and charging socket to directly charge the power battery and complete the basic DC charging.
The main components of DC charging are DC charging socket (DC charging socket harness), vehicle controller (VCU, BMS) and DC charging pile, etc.
Electrical principle of DC charging: There is only one mode of DC charging method, which is the charging mode described in the national standard 4;
