 The organic fertilizer production line uses fresh manure as raw material, and through a series of production and processing solutions, it produces a complete set of organic fertilizer production equipment that produces pure natural organic chemical manure and fertilizer. The quality of early fermentation will affect the quality of subsequent organic fertilizer production.


1.Temperature:What is the temperature of organic fertilizer fermentation? It is generally 60-70°, and it needs to be fermented for a period of time. The use of organic fertilizer equipment turner for fermentation has the characteristics of fast fermentation, good fermentation, high temperature fermentation and low temperature fermentation, which greatly shortens the production time and reduces the cost.
2. Dosage: 1 ton of organic materials (about 2 tons of fresh materials). 5-3 tons of 5KG starter, mixed and fermented.
3. Dilution: Add 5-100KG rice bran (or wheat bran, corn flour and other substitutes) per kilogram of starter to mix and dilute, and then evenly sprinkle it into the material pile, the effect will be better. The nutrition and air permeability of fresh rice bran are much better than those of old rice bran.
4. Stir well and ventilate: This fermentation agent is a good (consuming) oxygen microorganism, so oxygen supply measures should be added to make it evenly stirred. Frequent ventilation is advisable, otherwise it will cause anaerobic fermentation and peculiar smell, which will affect the effect.
5. Carbon to nitrogen ratio: Fermented material. The C/N ratio is kept at 20~25, and the pH value is preferably adjusted to 6~8.
6. Moisture: The moisture content of the fermented material should be kept at 60%~65%. Hold a handful of materials, look at the watermark but not dripping water, and it is appropriate to disperse when landing. Less water is slow to ferment, and too much water is poor in ventilation, which will also cause peculiar smells in the work of "corrupt bacteria".
