Now we have solvent printer and eco solvent printer two type.Original new printhead:konica512,konica 512i,konica 1024,xaar382,polaris 512,dx5,dx7.
Q3:Which main board and head board ?
BYHX,UMC and AT.
AT board is made by our factory so for after sale service and price we do better than other.
Q4:Rip software?
Ultraprint software is standard.Photoprint and maintop you can choose but price is different.
Q5:If can install take up system and infrared heater?
Yes.For konica 512 and xaar 382 printer is without taking up system and infrared heater but if you need please tell me it's optional.Konica 1024,polaris 512,eco solvent printer includes these parts.
Q6:How about printer package?
According to foreign trade rules we use fumigation free wooden box to pack printer.
Q7:If you will test printer before ship?
Before send printer to warehouse we will test it with main board and head board.If you want to let us test with ink please tell me in advance.
Q8:Guarantee time?
One year guarantee except ink system(ink tank,air tank,filter,ink pump,electric valve includes printhead)
Main board and head board have one year guarantee time too and the time is from when you get kit.Beyond guarantee time you need pay to repairment.
Q9:Payment term?
30% deposite is acceptable,70% balance when see bill of lading copy.
