Unlike the current complex regulatory system, the REACH will create a unified chemical management system within the EU to enable companies to follow the same principle in producing new chemicals and their products. SVHC, that is, highly concerned substances, derived from the EU REACH regulations, meets the conditions of the substances that can be placed on a list, and now the SVHC total list contains 151 substances. This list is called a list of all substances added by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
