Detail Company Introduction
-Effective grinding/dispersing with pin/counter-pin turbine agitator at high speeds;
-Use of wear-resistance materials (Ceramic, Alloy steel, PU);
-Production of micron, sub-micron even nano-particles with narrower size distribution;
-Use of small beads 0.1-1.2 mm as grinding media;
-Sealless structure, without sealing leakage;
-Discharge and beads separation without sieve;
-No over- grinding due to on-time discharge of fine particles from the grinding chamber;
-Effective energy consumed on mainly grinding coarse particles during the process, and the energy utilization efficiency is increased by > 50%.
-Adjustment of temperature by controlling flowrate, especially for thermo-sensitive materials.
