STYLE H-120 FLEXIBLE COUPLING   1200PSI
STAINLESS STEEL PIE - HIGH PRESSURE GROOVED COUPLINGS
 
The LinkQUEEN Coupling Style H-120 is designed for high pressure applications including RO and desalination systems, made of CF8 (SS304), CF8M (SS316), CF3M (316L), CD3MN (2205), CE8MN, CE3MN (2507) with 304 , 316 e bolts and nuts, can also be with or silicon bronze nuts, and recommended for service up to 1200 psi / 8300 kPa / 83 bar.
 
The LinkQUEEN Couplings Style H-120 is the standard grooved flexible coupling, available size from DN20 (3/4”) to DN300 (12”), suitable for Sch40S cut groove pipe only.
 
The LinkQUEEN performance data presented in the document table is based on use with standard wall of stainless steel, for use with carbon steel pipe, contact LinkQUEEN further details.
 
Material Specifications:
Housing: Stainless steel CF8 (SS304) conforming to ASTEM743;
Stainless steel CF8M (SS316) conforming to ASTEM743;
Duplex CD3MN (Duplex 2205) conforming to ASTM A890 Grade 4A;
Super duplex CE3MN (Super duplex 2507) confirming to ASTM A890 Grade 5A

Rubber Gaskets: EPDM C-shaped gaskets, for cold water, hot water, rare acid, oil-free air and multiple chemical product, working temperature -50~150℃. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR  PETROLEUM MEDIUM.

weight (ANSI) stainless steel pipe.
Number of bolts required equals number of housing segments.
Metric thread size bolts are available for all coupling sizes upon request.
