If you purchase from BRILLIPOWER, our products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 6 months (batteries) and 12months (chargers) from the date of purchase.
If there is any problem with our products, it would be highly appreciated that you can help us with videos or pictures to full description what is going wrong! After we confirmed, we will replace new ones for you in your next order.
The warranty only offer to those who buy directly from Shenzhen Brillipower Co,. LTD. and to the items itself. Any defects or loss caused by modification, alteration, repair, or service of the items by any persons or company other than BRILLIPOWER are outside the scope of warranty. Please not do any physical abuse, misuse to any of the cells. It is also prohibited that wrongly use our cells in any way that is not consistent with the user’s manual. Any purposeful destruction to the products is not allowed.

Letters and numbers(QR code) could be printed or heated on batteries ( MOQ is: 500pcs / item )
2.Sticker
Customized sticker on batteries are also available. Price will depend on logo design( color,sizes), batteries modes and so on.( MOQ: 1000pcs/item)
3.Customized PVC logo
We can make custom battery wraps with any logo. MOQ is: 2000pcs( the logo fee will depends on your logo design and colors)
Chargers:
1.We can supply all chargers with OEM service, MOQ is: 500pcs
2.With Brillipower charger OEM: MOQ is 1000pcs.
