We are the company which is the joint of trade and manufacture with cost saving. Our factory is located in Luoyang where is a industrial park of refractory material as well as heavy industry place. Luoyang Yuanhua Metallurgical Material co., Ltd. is a China-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of refractories, it has 2 factories, the lines are mainly producing shaped and unshaped refractories, such as Mg-C Brick,Al-Mg-C brick, Mg-Al-C brick, Non-C ladle brick, Al2O3-Sic-C brick, BFA, WFA, Silicon Carbide, Bauxite, Refining slag, Castable, Ramming material, Mould fluxes etc. It located in Yichuan County, Henan Province which is a main production bases of bauxite in China, so the plant has an obvious cost advantage.
In 1995, luoyang Xinhua Metallurgical Material co., Ltd was set up by Mr.Luo, with the strength of shaped and unshaped refractory material, metallurgical Material, as a private enterprise.
In 1998, the company established technology scientific research cooperation with Beijing university of science and technology, Beijing iron and steel research institute. Then employed a number of senior technical staffs who have engaged in refractories, thermal kiln for a long time as technical backbones, in recent years, there are multiple new products on the market to cut production costs and increase economic benefits directly for customers.
In 2004, after the restructuring and expansion, Yuanhua Metallurgical Material luoyang Co., Ltd was established, mainly engaged in producing and selling the refractory for steel-making and iron-making, carried out the steel-making, iron-making refractory overall contracting business, also supplied customized service to meet the customer’s requirements.
In 2008, being able to meet the market demands，the second plant Luoyang Yuanhua Metallurgical Materials Co., Ltd., been finished the investment construction, mounted a high degree of automation equipment of the more advanced 2500 tons automatic hydraulic machine and automatic batching system in the world.
In 2010, our products have been passed ISO9001, ISO14001 is in process and widely exported to Europe, Africa, America and other countries in the world.
Today, the company owns more than 200 employers and 2 manufacturers , covers an area of 160 acres, reaches 120 million yuan of total assets, Then the two factories overall operations, the products complement each other, both operating a single product sales, but also the overall refractory contracting business.
