- We work only OFF OPEC that means their is no registration fees or upfront anything only two things the LOI and after the SPA comes in and we give you our confirm-able ATS from NNPC then your buyer to NNPC shows capability.
Then Buyer sits at his comfortable chair until I deliver the best oil in the world, were on POD buyer does independent inspection and then he pays.

NOTE: The NNPC only works direct ON OPEC quotas and only on FOB basis. If you are a refinery
that wants to go direct, that makes 300-600 million a year and want to register to NNPC with a FIVE
million USD registration fee, and show 5 years of financials, then get a number and wait in line, we
would be honored to set up a meeting for you. OR… Go with us! OFF OPEC quotas!!!
