Detailed Description
Hongtong bauxite rotary kiln consists of rotary part, supporter, gear, kiln hood, kiln sealing device and burning device. Cover sheet of rotary kiln mouth and reclaim spoon of end are easy to install both adopt casting in many blocks with many features such as high-degree heat resistance, corrosion resistance and abrasion performance. Cooling air from the cold wind set of kiln head can cool kiln head and kiln mouth to ensure the machine safer and more reliable. In order to make the flow smoother, the kiln head adopts folio kiln door structure in large volume. Kiln head and end sealing both adopt the simple twin-seal, which is easy to maintain. At present, it is the most advanced sealing form. Burning device adopts swirl four-channel coal burner with painting ignition device.
