LuoYang Sigma Furnace Co.,Ltd. was established on the basis of Luoyang Sigma Instrument Manufacture Co., Ltd, which was founded in 1999 and located in Luoyang, a beautiful ancient city. Covering an area of 6.6 acres, owns 8000 m2 standardized plant and office buildings, 1500m2 administrative and marketing center and 1500m2 ultra-high temperature engineering and technical research and development center for ultra-high temperature furnaces. It also possesses two advanced production lines of lab furnace and industrial furnace, a production line of ceramic fiber board and furnace chamber and one of processing ultra-high temperature ceramic fiber.
Up to now, being high-tech enterprise of Henan province, we have got 50 technology patents and many intellectual properties.
In 2011, cooperated with Henan measuring academy of sciences, we established the ultra-high temperature engineering technology center of Henan Institute of Metrology, which is the first development and testing organization to measure 1800℃ ultra-high temperature and test ultra-high temperature material’s property at home and abroad.
In 2010 we established an ultra-high temperature engineering technology center, which can be engaged in various types of sintering experiments at range of 1000-3000 degree Celsius. It is the first ultra-high temperature laboratory in China opening to both home and abroad.
In 2010, we invented zirconium diboride composite ceramic heating element and zirconium diboride composite ceramic thermocouple, the maximum working temperature can reach to 2600 degree Celsius and can be used under both in vacuum and oxidizing atmosphere. This technology made the history of measuring the maximum temperature in contact-type under oxidizing atmosphere.
We have been committed to researching and producing ultra-high temperature measurement, ultra-high temperature heating element, ultra-high temperature thermocouple, ultra-high temperature resistance furnace and ultra-high temperature ceramic composite materials. On the field of theoretical study on ultra-high temperature and ultra-high-temperature production, now and in a long time in the future, we will be in the forefront of ultra-high temperature.
