Detailed Description
Property: Combine with the starch perfectly. Improve comprehensive weaving yarn performance well. Reduce the usage of PVA and shorten the time of size cooking. Lower production costs and enhance the sizing efficiency. Can replace the PVA, lubricate the hairiness, fill the gaps, and reduce the yarn decollation, lubrication action. Specification: Item NO.:VK-T25F Appearance: White powder Surface properties: Hydrophilic pH: 6-8 particle size,nm: 20-30 SSA,m2/g: 100-200 Assay,%: 99 Surface treating agent, %: 1 ( special textile treating agent) Process of using nanometer titanium dioxide in textile size: 1. Keeping the intrinsic viscosity during the process of size mixing. 2. Keeping the parameter of sizing machines stability. 3. Dipersing nano titanium dioxide in water (20% wt of TiO2---liquid A) 4. The dosage of titanium dioxide: 0.5-2% of starch weight. 5. Replace equal starch with the PVA in pure cotton sizing, other components remained unchanged. 6. Adding specified amount of water, then mix uniformly. 7. Add specified amount of starch, mixing ten minutes with medium speed, and the adding other materials. 8. Heating-up and boiling, and then curing for 30 minutes at ordinary pressure or 20 minutes at high pressure. Dosage: Add (2~8) kgs liquid (A) into 900 kgs textile size. Package: 20 kgs/drum
